Requirements
- National diploma in business administration, management or related field preferred.
- Experience in operation, logistics or in a similar position.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate across different departments.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve the company operations process.
- Monitor the quality of operational performance of both internal and external service providers.
- Assist in problem solving on operations issues and forward suggestions for better solutions.
- Coordinate and support the onboarding of new operation support staff.
- Assist in handling process improvement for development of operation support and drivers.
- Perform operational tasks and handle customer service duties as required.
- Address all inquiries, concerns and complaints from external parties promptly and professionally.
- Identify and evaluate customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Maintain adherence to company guidelines and policies consistently.
- Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
- Work in a multidisciplinary team with effective communication.
