Requirements

  • National diploma in business administration, management or related field preferred.
  • Experience in operation, logistics or in a similar position.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate across different departments.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain and improve the company operations process.
  • Monitor the quality of operational performance of both internal and external service providers.
  • Assist in problem solving on operations issues and forward suggestions for better solutions.
  • Coordinate and support the onboarding of new operation support staff.
  • Assist in handling process improvement for development of operation support and drivers.
  • Perform operational tasks and handle customer service duties as required.
  • Address all inquiries, concerns and complaints from external parties promptly and professionally.
  • Identify and evaluate customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Maintain adherence to company guidelines and policies consistently.
  • Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
  • Work in a multidisciplinary team with effective communication.
